Oh, this is amazing. 
First of all it's the composition; great. The way the matchstick man's head is cropped and the way he's turning his head away from/the opposite direction of the match, is just perfect. The matchstick and the smoke are both perfect as well.
Excellent lighting, sharpness and concept.
On a shot like this it's necessary to have a splendid white background, and you have that. (:

One question: are the smoke and the matchstick placed afterwards during editing or does the original photo contain all the elements we can see here?
