I searched through my archives today and I got this idea when I found this photo. Processed RAW in PS and added soft vignetting, frame and the small photos of mine into the film strip and this is how it came out.

Very nice, though, as this is negative film it would've been even better if you'd inverted the images - or just used positive film for this piece.
